How AI Is Used on This Site:
I like to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly, and Canva’s AI features to help with:
- Content Outlines: Some blog post frameworks and topic structures are generated using AI for content planning.
- Grammar & Clarity: Artificial Intelligence grammar checkers (like Grammarly) help clean up spelling, sentence flow, and tone—especially when things get a little too raw or wordy.
- Image Generation: 99% of my images are AI-generated visuals through tools like Canva’s Dream Lab. Any actual images I like will be from stock websites like Pexel and Unsplash (Love that site ❤️).
Why Artificial Intelligence Images?
#1 – Because they are fun to make
#2 – They save time searching through thousands of images that hundreds of people have already used.
Don’t you want to see images that are more relevant and fresh? I do! 🙋🏽♀️
But let’s be crystal clear…

Artificial intelligence is a tool—not a ghostwriter. 👻
I don’t believe in writing robotic content. What you see here is a blend of lived experience, a little help from technology, and a whole lot of heart, baby!
Why do I use AI:
Obvious reasons……
- To save time (I’m a one-woman show with three kids! Who has time to write an outline for a long azz blog post?)
- To stay consistent with publishing because algorithms like this. Better ranked means more people to help!
- To free up space for the human stuff—like researching, remembering stuff that is important and other insight that matters.
Plus, despite my Artificial intelligence usage, my posts are usually claimed to be between 4%-13% AI generated due to blog outlining. Yay!
However, AI detectors are not too great anyway. I’ve had detectors tell me writings I’ve written during the pre-AI era were up to 50% AI. Sooo….🙄
What I Don’t Do with AI:
- I don’t use AI to replace my voice, personal opinions, or integrity. (It’s easier to remember my own written content than what some bot created)
- I don’t publish 100% AI-generated articles. (Because chatgbt doesn’t have everything right. I do! 😎.)
- I don’t use AI to mislead, fabricate income claims, or impersonate others. (Because I don’t want to go to jail. Simple as that! 😧)
So….
If you’re here, it means you value truth, transparency, and freedom.
The things we should stand for.
AI helps me deliver better content, faster. But the human touch is always in the driver’s seat!
